Kindergarten Round-Up

Prairie Creek Elementary Kindergarten Round-Up will be Tuesday, March 27, 2018 in the gym located at 654 YMCA Dr.   The purpose of this meeting is to distribute information to parents and to collect required documents. This is an informational meeting for parents; therefore, we recommend that you not bring your child, as child care will not be provided. Parents are encouraged to attend the Round-Up if they are considering enrolling their child in kindergarten for the 2018-19 school year. Your future kindergartner will be invited to visit a kindergarten classroom in early May 2018.

In order to enroll your child in kindergarten in the Andover School District, you will need to provide the school office with the following 5 items:

  1. copy of state issued birth certificate
  2. copy of house purchase contract, contract to build, or rental agreement
  3. copy of utility bill (gas, water, or electric only)
  4. copy of most current immunization records
  5. health examination report (may be submitted prior to the first day of school)
